These Terms of Service govern your use of KeepFlip, including the KeepFlip mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using KeepFlip, you agree to these Terms.
1. KeepFlip’s Service
KeepFlip provides tools intended to help users organize resale assets, evaluate condition, consider repair or resale options, generate listing drafts, and make more informed resale decisions.
KeepFlip does not guarantee a sale, a particular selling price, buyer interest, repair outcome, market demand, listing placement, or profit. Estimates, pricing ranges, AI-generated content, and recommendations are informational tools only.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
3. Your Content and Listings
You retain ownership of the item information, photos, descriptions, and other content you submit to KeepFlip. You give KeepFlip a limited permission to host, process, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, descriptions, claims, prices, images, and any transactions you conduct. You must disclose known material defects and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use KeepFlip to:
- sell or promote unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous, or prohibited goods;
- misrepresent an item’s identity, condition, authenticity, ownership, or value;
- submit harmful code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other laws; or
- copy, scrape, or exploit KeepFlip in a manner not authorized by us.
5. AI Features and Estimates
KeepFlip may use AI to create analyses, suggestions, summaries, listing copy, or price-related guidance. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review all output before relying on it or publishing it.
KeepFlip’s features are not financial, legal, tax, appraisal, repair, safety, authenticity, or professional marketplace advice.
6. Third-Party Services
KeepFlip may link to or interact with third-party websites, marketplaces, repair providers, and service providers. Those parties operate independently. KeepFlip is not responsible for their content, products, services, transactions, policies, or availability.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise that KeepFlip will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or external service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
KeepFlip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepFlip and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of KeepFlip.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to KeepFlip if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used KeepFlip unlawfully.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as KeepFlip evolves. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated version, to the extent permitted by law.
